Seminar on Harmony in the Home
|
Why
this seminar? Home life
has changed dramatically since the 1970s, and a nostalgic attitude to
this situation is inadequate and flawed. We cannot understand changes
in home life without realising the impact of large-scale changes in
society on everyday home life. This is reflected in the rising
divorce rates, lower marriage and birth rates, and an increase in
single-parent families. Perhaps in no other country have the changes
been so traumatic, diverse and rapid as in Ireland. How to make home
life happy and peaceful needs to be addressed, studied and analysed.
Invitation The
Spiritans (Holy Ghost Fathers) and the Presentation Sisters, wishing
to assist home life in a pastoral way, invite you to attend a seminar
on Harmony in the Home.
